Sample Production
Our core business is the production of flooring samples. We have been producing sales tools for manufacturers and distributors of floor covering since 2004. We operate out of a 18,865 sf facility located in St-Georges, QC, Canada.
Digital & Wide Format Printing
We are equipped with state of the art, high performance digital printers, allowing us to produce rapidly and cost effectively shorter runs and sample replenishments for our customers. We also serve the wide format printing market for signs, display headers, labels, and more.
Thermal Film Lamination
As part of our print finishing process, we apply OPP thermal film to prints from our digital printing equipment or from offset printing runs, on our automated lamination line.
Hard Cover Case Making
Sample production comes with support production. Whether it’s a book, card, board, or box, samples come with a support. Wrapped edge or cut edge, it involves applying a printed visual on a support (chipboard, graphic board, MDF, Fibrex, etc). This process is done in house, on our automatic case making line, allowing quick turnaround time and control over our production schedule.
Room Scene Creation
We have produced hundreds of room scenes for our flooring customers, for all types of floor coverings. We do product photography, color adjustment, room scene creation, and swatches / thumbnails creation so our customers’ products can be added to their websites.
Graphic Design
We help our customers with their artwork management. Whether it’s building artwork from scratch, or supplying the right template to your creative team so your samples will fit perfectly, our experienced team is ready for your next project.
Digital Cutting
CNC routing for round corners, cut out handle, or large panel cutting to a smaller format, everything is done in house.
